Whatever it is, WHEN YOU MAKE YOUR BOURBON YOU NEED HIGH QUALITY GRAIN.

Our GRAINS.

  • WHEAT

Soft red winter wheat sown in the fall, harvested in June serves more than an ingredient for distilling. This is doing more than serving our social sustainability purpose of providing a local grain solution for whiskey makers but actually extending to our environmental sustainability goals by feeding the soil.

  • RYE

Bringing it back. Another winter crop, but that is the only similarity to wheat. Rye came back in vogue in 2013 as a cover crop, not on this farm. If we are going to raise rye lets do it to bring spice back to bourbon. We started growing rye in 2018 for distillers. While we see immense soil benefits from this winter crop, we are seeing a wild flavoring from the grain after distillation.

  • CORN

The leader of the three wise men. While Rye may take the helm, corn along Kentucky limestone water is the cornerstone to making great Kentucky bourbon. We offer distillers the highest quality, limestone water fed, corn for a true Kentucky distilling experience.

  • Milled grains

Our ability to store and clean our own grain year around opens up opportunities to serve distillers in a unique way. If you need it milled, we have you covered.
